Ideally located in the palm grove of Marrakech, Dar SB is a magnificent 7-bedroom villa which will charm you as much thanks to its landscaped garden of one hectare largely planted with trees, only by its traditional architecture and its contemporary decoration. It has 7 bedrooms including 6 double bedrooms and 1 bedroom that can accommodate 4 children or teenagers. All rooms are air conditioned.

You entry to the villa by an outdoor courtyard attached to the main building. In the main part of the house, there is a TV room with sofas and comfortable chairs, fireplace. This lounge area opens onto a covered terrace overlooking the garden and equipped with outdoor furniture. A billard table is available. You will also find a dining room for 16 guests leading to a large living room with fireplace and direct access to the garden.

The first floor is dedicated for bedrooms.
There is a long 25 metre swimming pool (pool heating on request – the pool water temperature is between 26-28 degrees max) in the garden with sun loungers and several covered terraces to enjoy lunch or dine al fresco. You can enjoy your meals under a 90sqm poolhouse (with a fireplace) near the swimming pool with a dining table that can seat from 16 to 40 people. This Poolhouse is also perfect for hosting Yoga / Pilat / dance classes.

You will also find a large 25 meter swimming pool with deckchairs (heating at an additional cost between 26 and 28 ° max). You can play ping pong, petanque or have fun on the trampoline.

2nd deposit of 50% of the total cost, 40 days before arrival
