Full of charm, the refined and eclectic decoration takes you on a journey through its objects of art and decoration from Morocco, Mali, Cameroon, and many African countries, memories of the African peregrinations of the owners. Set in a private 2.5 hectares plot, this house calls out with its authentic and traditional architecture and modern comfort. Antique furniture, soft and controlled color palette, comfortable fireplaces, soft notes emanating from the old piano which thrones and decorates the living room, pretty volumes and large openings: a perfect mix which explains this warm and cheerful atmosphere, which will invade you from the first seconds you step in.
This little paradise offers 5 very beautiful suites, including a master suite which consists of a living room with its fireplace, a double bedroom, a bathroom with shower. The other four suites are built around an Andalusian garden and an interior courtyard with trees. A sixth bedroom with two single beds adjoins the common areas.
To enhance comfort, the property has a Spa, consisting of a traditional hammam and a massage parlor. The 11m x 5m swimming pool is heated according to your wishes and offers a panoramic view of the ocean and the countryside. Many outdoor spaces allow you to choose shade or sun for your breakfast or lunch.

With a large living room with a fire place, a private flowered patio, a big bathroom with shower and bathtub, a bedroom with a kingsize bed and its own separated children bedroom, the master suite gardens are facing the ocean.
The Minzeh
…which evokes the reception room destined to the men in traditional habitats. Suite of 30m2 predominantly orange, built on 3 levels. Bathroom made in taddelakt (shower and bath) and private WC.
The Arcade and its “kalleidoscopic” view

Suite of 30 m² predominantly grey blue to remind you the blue of the ocean. Homemade painted pieces of furnitures and collected objects made with driftwoods picked up on Sidi Kaouki beach, decorate the room.

All the house staff, hightly qualified : (caretaker, gardener, butler, housekeeper, cook), who work daily from 8am to 5pm.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Booking
1st deposit worth 50% of the total cost of the rent, debited after receipt, and signature of the rental contract by STELLA-GALLERY.
2nd deposit worth 50%, to be received 40 days before arrival.
Method of payment for the due deposits : bank transfer.
Rental
The organization of events in the house is prohibited without the consent of STELLA GALLERY.
The staff prepare your meals. Cost of food is not included.
The supervision of children is under the responsibility of the parents.
Pool not fenced and unsupervised.
Check-in 3pm.
Check-out 12pm.
A deposit will be payable under the form of a pre-authorization on your bank card (amount not debited) of the amount of 1000€ at the check-in of the rental.
Whatever the duration of the rental, in the event of damage exceeding this amount, the costs will remain the responsibility of the tenant.
Cancellation
Any request for cancellation and modification must be made by email.
The reservation deposit is not refunded in case of cancellation.
Cancellation of the rental less than 30 days before arrival: 100% of the total amount of the reservation is due to STELLA GALLERY.
No-show of the tenants on the same day of the rental, 100% of the total rental amount will be due to STELLA GALLERY.
