The exteriors

The villa takes place within a magnificent green park of 3 hectares where fruit trees, palm trees, bougainvillea cypresses, olive trees, plumbagos blend harmoniously

In addition to its French garden, followed by ponds located in the axis of the house, the villa benefits from an Andalusian garden and a cactus garden

The 15m x 5.5m swimming pool can be heated on request and with supplement. It has its pool house, a traditional brick and tadelack hamman (on request and with supplement), a play area for children (with trampoline, swings, sandbox, table tennis, etc.) and the clay tennis court

Interiors

Made in a traditional and eco-responsible way, Dar MC was built by the best local craftsmen. The technique of tadelakt has been honored and adorns each room of the villa in different colors which gives it its unique character

On the ground floor is the entrance which serves 3 double bedrooms with private bathrooms and small adjoining children’s bedrooms. The large living room, located under a dome without edges, is connected to the dining room for 12 people as well as to the large modern kitchen

On the 1st floor, there are two red and white master suites, in tadelakt. Both bright and spacious, each has its own bathroom and a private terrace. This level also offers a large living room with fireplace, extended by a large panoramic terrace over the entire length of the villa

In the patio wing to the right of the entrance is the 6th double bedroom, added later and accessible only from the outside. This independent studio has an Andalusian suite and a shower room

The house also offers an air-conditioned indoor play area (with gym, kids room)

The rooms

The first 5 bedrooms are the bedrooms originally created for the house. The bedrooms on the ground floor are accessible through the large central living room. The 2 upstairs suites open onto a terrace with spectacular views of the property’s acres of private garden. The 6th bedroom was added later. It is accessible from the outside and has a more modern look
